If the service isn't a good fit, for whatever reason, then simply delete the user-account before the end of 14 days, and all charges are refunded.

In the Dashboard of your Comet billing account, you will see a count of your customers who are still within the 14-day new user period.

You can view the actual users that are within the 14-day new user period in the Billing section of your Comet account, under Track New Users, and keep track of the number of days they have left on the refund window.
