Support cancelling a running job from the Comet Server web interface
Support Hyper-V backup on Windows Server 2008 and 2008 R2, where Hyper-V module for Powershell is unavailable
Automatically clean up old "In Progress" job records that are no longer running

Improve speed of installing Comet Server (remove locales requirement on Debian/Ubuntu; trim NSIS size on Windows)
Improve message guidance when Comet Server does not start owing to a bad license
Improve responsiveness of cancelling a backup job going to a Comet Server destination
Hide news header in Comet Backup main screen if no news is present

Fix an issue with "hex.DecodeString" error messages if there are unexpected files inside the Storage Vault in the Snapshot directory
Fix an issue with terminating Comet Server as if for a bad license, when renewing the license was only advisory
Fix an issue with job status for update backup jobs if the update installer fails to terminate the existing process
Fix an issue with not warning in job reports when Comet fails to construct a virtual path structure and falls back to lost+found directories
